Brian went thru Hell and back to get me into my Venture. Love the way I was treated only one issue that wasn't resolved, when the customer tells you the handlebars need adjustment please do it. After riding this afternoon it has 2 huge blind spots where the handlebars are in the rear view mirrors on both sides. Rolling them down should be a fit for the customer not an added cost (Employee: Brian Langston)
