Stuff Happens, I had some loose Goldwing wheels that got scratched during mounting the tires. I had them refinished locally and showed the management staff the bill and they handled it with no hesitation. I've had nothing but good service with the sales and parts departments and now I would say this is an unfortunate event but was handled well by the parts/service manager. You can not prevent things from going wrong but you can choose to handle them well. I believe Got Gear took care of business with my situation and have always been my go to place for parts and accessories.
