To begin with I love my bike, exactly what I was looking for. Sales good not excellent. I as a returning no financing customer I would like to feel a little more valued. Prices, good not great. If I could have found better elsewhere I would and will. Thank God for a backed up supply chain. In general I am happy but with the economy tightening up better salesmanship will be needed. Just my tip to any business with a product that ranges in $1,000s to 10s of thousands.
