This was my first experience with Got Gear and let me just say that Ed was amazing! He was very easy to talk with, he kept updating me as he stated he would, and he made things happen quickly! In store, he was the same way. He was very personable, made the sales/paperwork flow easy, was available for any questions, and took care of what I needed.
